Working on the basis of a result obligation is therefore the norm for us. Is the effectiveness of the solution visible and the limitation removed? Then our goal has been achieved.

That is why our lions work on complex issues within the primary services of our customers. How do we do that? For example with digital innovations for an energy data hub to optimize the energy grid with real-time information. Or we help digitize order processing: this way you can always track where your package is.

We are not creators of society minded IT solutions for nothing.

Between team and individual.

Asking just a little more than you think you are capable of as a team or individual. This is how we challenge our lions to stay sharp, involved and motivated. And if it doesn't work? Then they can always fall back on the pack – our pack. Because despite everyone's individual responsibilities, they are never alone.

A well-functioning team makes the biggest impact, but is also only as strong as its weakest link. That is why the well-being and needs of our people are paramount. Because balance = key. Working remotely? No problem. Prefer to be in the workplace? Always welcome. A fixed time every month for a cup of coffee? Is in the agenda.
