One of the global leaders in tank terminal operations, was facing challenges around the performance, maintainability, and long-term sustainability of it’s Edge platform, being the critical digital layer underpinning operations at it’s global terminals.
With increasing pressure on uptime, compliance and efficiency, there was a clear need to strengthen the quality and reliability of the Edge environment, while also enhancing internal team capabilities to own and operate it autonomously.
In co-creation Lionsville optimized and stabilized the Edge platform, focusing on operational excellence and team enablement. We enhanced platform reliability and productivity. Our professionals helped reshape the digital edge: by introducing better working practices, stabilizing complex issues, and preparing the ground for future automation and self-healing capabilities. The project improved control of the mission-critical environment.
