This introduced real-time insights, proactive incident response, and a centralised control room to monitor store health and performance laying the groundwork for predictive management and operational simulation.

In parallel, we partnered with the client to modernise their cloud environment, building a scalable and resilient foundation aligned with their global ambitions. This included optimising cloud-native infrastructure, improving system integration, and accelerating innovation cycles.
